ORDERING ONLINE

Payments online can be made through Paypal, debit card or credit card. You will receive an email confirming your order has been placed when the payment has been taken. If you are having issues with online payments please contact hello@cliosaskia.com.

UK and Ireland Postage: Free UK Shipping.
Rest of the World: Free Shipping.
Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external envelope. If you would like a personal message to accompany any gift orders, please send an email to hello@cliosaskia.com and quote your order number.

For products in stock we ship using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guarantee by 4pm, and 7-21 working days for countries outside of the UK.
For made to order items, completion and delivery times can vary, please see individual product pages for lead times.
Bespoke order lead time is normally 4-8 weeks, dependent on design. You will be updated on the progress of your order.
If you have left it a bit late and need something sooner than the delivery time states, or by a specific date, email hello@cliosaskia.com.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed by 4pm service. All UK orders are fully trackable and insured.
Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to receive it. In the event that nobody is available to receive your item, a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection Post Office depot. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

For deliveries to the rest of the world Clio uses FEDEX , which is fully trackable and insured. FEDEX endeavours to reach its destination within 2-5 working days from ship date. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.
